Senior Executive for BFSI Sales in USA
Will consider candidates in the following vertical markets, Financial, Insurance, HealthCare, Life Sciences, and Telecommunications.
The solutions client provides are IT professional service solutions to include:
Application based solutions, Data Intense Solutions, Data Management, BI, Enterprise content management, application customization, service oriented architecture, process analysis. Candidates that have had software sales experience selling to the Software side of customers that have had longevity and have some long term relationships.
The Strategic Sales executive is responsible for owning and directing the business development and sales efforts for specific offerings, nationally, with a specific target client set across vertical business units. He/she is primarily responsible for proactively initiating new business development. Successful business development will be accomplished through leveraging Paragon resources in a team selling approach. The Strategic Sales Executive will own topline revenue in excess of $3-5M+ in the specific offering. The Strategic Sales executive will partner along side the Practice leader to develop target lists and revenue plans and execute those plans through direct sales. This role is not geography specific and may include travel.
Key components of role include:
• Work closely with the Vertical Delivery and Practice leads (Insurance, Financial) to create target accounts and revenue plans
• Execute against the targets in uncovering and pursuing potential clients.
• Working closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and matching those with deliverable solutions.
• Qualifying opportunities and creating a strong business case to support recommendations.
• Assisting the delivery team in the proposal process and leading the presentation to client executives.
• Managing and negotiating the contract and letter of engagement process.
• Closing clients on selecting Paragon as a strategic solutions provider and continuously maintaining/developing these relationships.
The ideal candidate has the following skills/experiences:
• Demonstrated track record of successfully selling complex enterprise and departmental solutions (10+ years), which may include components of Strategy, Design, Architecture, Implementation, Alliances and Third Party Vendors. Minimum 7 years of experience in professional services consulting (pure services only)
• Deep industry and role experience for sales and business development in a vertical industry or Practice (i.e. Data Intensive Solutions, Content Management, Insurance related solutions etc) with a proven track record in developing annual revenue of $5+ million.
• Extensive executive-level relationship management and development experience (CEO, CIO, Business Unit Executive, Board Level). Ability to speak to senior levels re: industry challenges, technology, ROI on new technology. This person should also be able to recognize and help direct Paragon to the next industry revenue driver.
