VP of Sales and Business Development – B2B

Our client is about to take the industry by storm and they need someone to help them build a strong sales team! Having over 10 years of success, they are now poised for additional growth - fast. With a good sales team already in place with the potential for more additions, they are looking for a VP of Sales and Marketing that can lead the talent they have into the next level.
Client is located in Buckhead and total compensation ranges up to $200k (Base plus commission on team results). No cap on commission potential.
This position will be responsible for national sales strategy, territory development, hands-on management of salespersons, industry involvement and more.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience building an in-house sales team
- B2B and Service Sales experience - NO product experience only
- Proven experience hitting and exceeding quotas with sales teams
- Experience building sales programs to address C levels down to hands-on managers
- Experience selling INTO the insurance industry a plus
